Hello, everyone! Our handball club has 22 people which consists of seven people from 3rd grade students, eight people from 2nd grade students and seven people from 1st grade students. We unite strongly and practice a lot every day. Our slogan is "defend and offence quickly." To defend, we aim to gain stamina so we do muscle training and core training in lunch time. After school, we chase the ball with loud voice in a big gymnasium. It is not easy, but we work hard for participating in the Inter-highschool championship. 4-hours practice time passes quickly and we can acquire mental strength and technique. Our handball club values manners and study. It's incomplete as a human just being good at sports. The real sportsman is good at sports, polite and study hard. We think it's the real member of Takayama Nishi Senior High School Handball Club. Let's acquire physical strength, sustaining power, offensive power and humanity. Let's make a school life with no regrets. We are looking forward to seeing you!!
